NT Painting and Decorating

Nick comes across as a very nice person but his work ethic is less than desirable. When I called him back to repair flaws he became quite defensive, I asked him to leave as I will make the repairs to a good standard.In the beginning I asked him if he wanted me to patch holes (from previous owners) but he said he would do it, the ones he did do you could still see marks or he just painted over the chips etc. I did have to ask him to paint an extra wall because the wall had to be drilled for an entertainment system installation & he threw that back as an excuse that he didn't charge to paint the wall, I paid for the paint & would have paid for the painting in return of a decent job. His lines aren't straight & in addition to my comments above there are paint lines on the wall. I'm not sure if he is lazy or careless.
